As with most large organisations on telephoning the practice you have a series of options to enter on your telephone keypad. This enables you to quickly get through to the correct person without going through an operator. You are still able to get through directly if you wait until the option information is finished. The options are presented in the following sequence:
- Option 1 - Care Co-Ordinators and Appointments
- Option 2 - Admin
- Option 3 - Secretaries
- Option 4 - For Prescriptions (between 09:30 – 12:30) and (13:30 - 16:30)
For non-urgent matters, please try to avoid telephoning during our busiest time, which is before 09:30, especially on Mondays. Your call is likely to be dealt with quicker if you are able to follow these guidelines.
For Dental, Podiatry/Chiropody, District Nurses, Health Visitors, Musculoskeletal, School Nurses, Treatment Room and Speech & Language please phone the Community Desk on 01706 235332.
