We are holding sessions on how to use the NHS app

We have lots of people who are getting confused with the NHS app, struggle to download, install or work the NHS App.

What shall I bring

In these sessions we ask when you come down please bring your own devices you would like the app on (phone, tablet and laptop).

Staff

We have 3 members of staff to help in these drop in sessions, we have one from admin, one from reception and one from secretaries. All staff involved are happy to try and help where possible.

NHS App

We will be holding some sessions in the GP Practice which will run on the following dates and times:

• 11th February: 1pm to 3pm
• 18th February: 10am to 12pm
• 25th February: 4pm to 6pm

We are hoping to hold these on a regular basis. Future dates will be advertised.

Who can come?

Anyone can attend these drop in sessions, for anything. Please come down to the drop in session if you have any problems/ queries regarding this app. We are also helping people log on the app and also navigate around the app.
